Set up your account and take your first steps in managing resumes with Xresume AI's intuitive web interface.
Prerequisites
Ensure you have:
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
- An active email address for account verification
- Sample resumes in PDF or DOCX format ready for upload No software installation required—everything runs in your browser.
Create Your Account or Log In
Start by accessing the Xresume AI dashboard. Choose between signing up for a free trial or logging into an existing account.
Visit https://app.xresume.ai/auth/sign-up to create your account.
- Enter your email and create a password.
- Verify your email via the confirmation link.
- Complete your profile with company details.
Go to https://app.xresume.ai/auth/sign-in.

Click "Log In" to access your dashboard.
Upload Your First Resume
Once logged in, upload a resume to experience AI-powered parsing.
Navigate to Upload
From the dashboard, click the Upload Resume button in the top-right corner.
Select File
Drag and drop a PDF or DOCX file, or click to browse. Supported formats include:
- PDF (recommended)
- DOCX
- Maximum size: 5MB per file
Review Parsed Data
Xresume AI automatically extracts:
